The Best Maple Bourbon Pork Belly Burnt Ends
These pork belly burnt ends are BBQ GOLD folks. Y'all need this in your life for sure. I Cubed the pork belly then rubbed them down with Kosmo's Q SPG and some Blackstone sweet maple rub. Smoked them on my Char-Griller Acorn Auto Kamado with Pecan wood and finished with Kosmo's Q Maple Bourbon BBQ glaze. Items used in my videos can be found in my Amazon store below.

Dosent get any easier than this folks. I took a 2 1/2lb pork loin and rubbed it down with Kosmo's Honey Killer Bee then placed it on the Char-Griller Acorn Auto kamado using B & B charcoal with a few chunks of pecan wood.     I love my 980, but everytime i try to sear, 500+ degree, the whole thing catch on fire just like yours, also been through three fans,

      @lelokong6898 Yeah I've found that if I want to high heat sear I go with either my Weber Kettle or my Acorn Auo Kamado. But the 980 does great work on low and slow cooks

    What I don't like about this akorn is that there isn't a thermometer on the lid. If you don't have power or the digital thermometer stops working your basically screwed.

      The thermometer thermocouple is at the back at grate level which I like. I wouldn't have an issue with power loss as this cooker works with a standard power pack. You just need the proper power cord. Thanks for watching 😎
